Welcome to Zaralatex (“we", “us", “our"). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms") govern your use of our website https://www.zaralatex.com/ (the “Site") and your purchase of products from us.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Made-to-Measure (MTM) Service

We offer customized sizing to ensure a perfect fit.

  • Accuracy of Measurements: You are solely responsible for providing accurate body measurements. We are not responsible for poor fit, discomfort, or any issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, or improperly submitted measurements.
  • Measurement Confirmation: If we identify any measurement that appears unusual, we may contact you for clarification before production. However, we are not obligated to verify your submissions.
  • No Returns on MTM Items: Due to the personalized nature of made-to-measure garments, MTM orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product has a manufacturing defect (see Section 6).

2. Chlorination Service

We offer chlorination as an optional add-on service.

  • Permanent Treatment: Chlorination is a permanent chemical treatment that changes the surface texture of latex. It reduces natural shine, makes the latex less sticky, and easier to dress.
  • No Reversal: Once chlorinated, the process cannot be reversed. We do not offer a “non-chlorinated" alternative for the same item after treatment.
  • Extended Lead Time: Selecting chlorination will add 3 to 7 business days to your production time.

3. Standard Sizing Items

For items purchased in standard sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL):

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, free of odors, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Taxes & Duties: You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT applied by your local government. These are not included in our prices.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, iDEA, and other options displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Production Time: For MTM or chlorinated items, please allow 7-14 business days for production plus shipping time.
  • Shipping Carrier: We ship via DHL, FedEx, or local carriers depending on destination. Tracking information will be provided via email.
  • Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. However, we will assist you in filing a claim if a package is confirmed lost.

6. Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect (e.g., seam separation, faulty zipper, holes not caused by wear):

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the defect.
  • We will review the issue. If approved as a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free repair or replacement.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper storage, sunlight exposure, contact with oils, or sharp objects.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., slight surface dulling over time).

7. Returns (Non-MTM Items Only)

To initiate a return for standard size items:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and without any smells (perfume, smoke, etc.).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaralatex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.
